Return & Refund Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded.

You may request a return or replacement if:


  • You received a damaged or defective item.

  • You received the wrong product.

To be eligible for a return:


  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue.

Once approved, weโ€™ll provide return instructions. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.

The product of Narte come in various designs. For example our undereye corrector comes in square-shaped box containing the product, we don't accept returns due to the visual aspect.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for opened items.
