Return & Refund Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded.
You may request a return or replacement if:
You received a damaged or defective item.
You received the wrong product.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue.
Once approved, weโll provide return instructions. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.
The product of Narte come in various designs. For example our undereye corrector comes in square-shaped box containing the product, we don't accept returns due to the visual aspect.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for opened items.
